Group and individual loan matters are best checked with your own loan card, the bank's app or the branch you know. Fees are listed in your sanction papers, so any new charge asked over the phone deserves a visit to the branch. You only enter a UPI PIN to send money, never to receive a refund, so a collect request marked refund is a warning. Install the banking app only from the official store listing.

Do not tap links or call numbers inside the message.
Open the official app, or type the official website yourself, and look for the same notice.
Never share an OTP, PIN, CVV or password with anyone, including "staff".
If money moved, call 1930 and your bank at once.
