Loan instalments and dues can be checked in the app, in your repayment card, or by asking at the branch you know. Anyone who threatens a home visit and asks for payment on a call should be told to put it in writing. Group loan staff you already know can be reached at the branch. Do not hand over Aadhaar images through a chat.
