How to verify it yourself

Use the Bandhan Bank app from the official store, or type the website address yourself. Loan instalments and dues can be checked in the app, in your repayment card, or by asking at the branch you know. Anyone who threatens a home visit and asks for payment on a call should be told to put it in writing. Group loan staff you already know can be reached at the branch. Do not hand over Aadhaar images through a chat.
