Everything you can buy, read live from our server: per-device keys for phones, computers and servers, three bundles, and the monthly plans for the ServerGuard business console. Prices are in rupees and include taxes.

Per-device protection

Each device has its own key, valid for a year. One key works on one device at a time: to use it on another device you free it from the first, and a lost key can be shown again from your account. Buy more of one device and the price per device falls. Prices include taxes.

What is free and what needs a key

The Android app does a lot without paying anything. A phone key unlocks the sections that protect people and accounts beyond the phone itself.

Keys are bought on this website, never inside the app, and entered in the app by typing or scanning the key QR from your account. One key works on one phone at a time. The app shows your licence status on its Profile page.

Using a promo code

A promo code takes a percentage or a fixed amount off, before you pay. It works on plans, device keys and bundles in your account.

How it works

Add what you want to your cart, type the code in the promo box and press Apply. The page shows the price, the discount and the total before you confirm. If a code takes the total to zero, the plan or key is activated at once.

What a code can have

A percentage (with an optional rupee cap) or a flat amount
An end date and a start date
A limit on total uses and uses per account
A code can be limited to certain items, for example only phone keys or only the Family Pack; it then takes its discount only from those items in your cart
A code can come from one of our partner companies, which make codes for their own customers within limits we set; the code works the same way
A restriction to certain plans

Good to know

One code per order. Codes are not case sensitive. A code that has ended, used up its limit, or does not apply to your cart says so instead of failing silently. Tax is worked out on what you actually pay.

What each limit means

Every figure on the cards comes from the plan record on our server. This is what each one controls, and whether the service enforces it today.

Adding a server beyond the plan's allowance is refused with a "plan limit reached" message. The other figures are the plan's stated allowance; the service does not yet stop you exceeding them, and we will say here when it does. Plan features such as API access, HTTP monitoring, database monitoring and on-demand antivirus scanning are listed per plan on the cards above.

How buying a plan works today

Payment is in Indian rupees only, through BIDUA Industries Pvt Ltd's payment gateway. We do not accept cryptocurrency.

From sign-up to an active plan

Create an account and open your subscription page.
Choose a plan from this page or from Subscription (personal) or Billing (organisation) in the console.

The price is shown in rupees.
Amounts are set per plan in the plan record. A plan with no rupee price yet cannot be bought online and says so.

Enter a promo code if you have one.
The page shows the price, the discount and what you pay before you confirm. A promo code can have an end date, a plan and a use limit.

Pay by card, UPI or net banking.
The payment is taken by the payment gateway under BIDUA Industries Pvt Ltd's merchant account. We never see or store your card number.

The plan is active for 30 days.
Renewal is not automatic: nothing is charged without you paying again.

Until the gateway is switched on, write to us.
Online payment opens when the gateway is connected. Until then the account page says so and creates no order; the contact page reaches billing.

Who can buy for an organisation

The organisation's owner holds the billing permission. Admins can see the plan and payment history but cannot buy or change it. A personal account buys its own plan.

Personal and family use

Buy a phone, computer or server key, or a bundle, from the section at the top of this page. There is no separate Personal, Family or Premium plan to choose: the key you buy decides what unlocks on that device. The Android app is free to download.

Before you pay

Which currency do I pay in?

Indian rupees (INR) only. We do not accept cryptocurrency.

How do I use a promo code?

Add what you want to your cart on the Subscription page, type the code in the promo box and press Apply. The price after the code is shown before you pay.

Money was taken but my plan is not active. What now?

Do not pay again. Email us with your account email, the plan and the payment reference from the contact page, and we will look at it by hand.

How long until my plan is active?

A paid order activates the plan when the gateway confirms the payment. If it does not, write to us with the payment reference.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Buy the other plan the same way. There is no automatic proration between plans today; if you change plan part-way through a period, write to us.

Do you issue invoices or tax receipts?

Yes. A GST tax invoice (18% GST, split into CGST and SGST inside Uttar Pradesh and IGST elsewhere) is made for every paid order and kept under Billing > Invoices, with a PDF. Add your GSTIN to your billing details before you buy if you need it on the invoice. When a promo code is used, the discount comes off before tax, so GST is charged on what you actually paid. A fully discounted order has nothing to invoice.

Can I move a device key to another phone or computer?

One key works on one device at a time. The first device can release it, or you can free it from your account, and it can then be used on another device of the same type (up to 5 moves a year per key). A lost key can be shown again after you confirm your password. A leaked key can be replaced (up to 3 times a year) and the old one stops working.

Is there a discount for buying several devices?

Yes, on one device type at a time: 5 or more devices, then 10, 25 and 50 or more, each with a larger percentage off. The exact percentages are read live and shown on the cards above. Bundles have their own price and no extra volume discount.

What about refunds?

Within 7 days of your first payment for a plan you can ask for a full refund, and outages of more than 24 hours that were our fault are credited. Read the refund policy.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan of the business console is listed above and is read live. The Android app is also free to download, and its scans, known-virus list, automatic protection and scam checks need no key.

What does a phone key unlock?

The sections listed under "What is free and what needs a key": family map and live tracking, anti-theft, phone takeover signals, social account safety, identity, deepfake checks and reports.

Can I buy inside the Android app?

No. Keys are bought on this website and typed or scanned into the app. This keeps the app free of payment screens.

Is an SLA included?

Only where a plan lists "SLA, agreed in your contract", and then only on the terms of that written agreement. We publish no uptime history.
