Start with your phone. See more in the portal.
Phone checks, family sharing and organisation security have different permissions and limits.
Personal
Your connected phones, family sharing choices, alerts, reports and product keys.
Organisation
Your organisation’s devices, server health, monitoring, members, roles and audit records.
Enterprise XDR
Incidents, event timelines, threat hunting and supported server response. Results depend on the telemetry agents actually report.
Seven editions. One honest status for each.
Four consumer editions protect a person or a household and can only take actions you can undo. Three business products administer servers and organisations. Every card, row and feature below states whether it works today, is built but not released, or is still coming.
I want to protect…
- my Android phone→ Safeavio Sentinel MobileAvailable
- my own phone and computer→ Sentinel PersonalNot released
- my whole household→ Sentinel FamilyLimited
- myself from impersonation and breaches→ Sentinel PremiumComing
- my organisation's servers and phones→ Sentinel for Small BusinessLimited
- many tenants, as a SOC or MSP→ Sentinel Enterprise XDRLimited
- my Linux servers→ Safeavio ServerGuardAvailable
Two products with a hard line between them
The separation is architectural, not a setting. A consumer product that could be administered remotely would be a remote-control channel; that is the attack surface people can least see.
| Property | Consumer · Personal, Mobile, Family, Premium | Business · Small business, Enterprise XDR, ServerGuard |
|---|---|---|
| Purpose | Protect a person or a family | Manage servers, fleets and organisations |
| Detection | Local, deterministic, on the device | Central, across the fleet |
| Response | Local warnings and quarantine; enrolled phones also support explicit anti-theft commands | Privileged: firewall, process, service, container, at an administrator's instruction |
| Authority | Your own device only | Fleet administration within a tenant |
| Credential | Enrolment token with supported, permission-based phone commands | Console accounts with roles; agent API keys. Certificate-based identity designed, not built |
| Policy | Set on your device; can lower authority, never raise it | Set by a tenant administrator, within the edition ceiling |
| Destructive actions | Local checks warn; enrolled-phone wipe needs the supported permission and explicit request | Typed, previewed, confirmed and audited |
Event schema, ATT&CK mapping, update infrastructure, threat intelligence, the policy action vocabulary.
Credentials, privileged operations, remote command authority, administrative sessions. Enterprise XDR receives nothing from consumer devices.
Every edition, with what works today
The bar on each card is the share of that edition's listed features that work today (available or limited).
Consumer editions
Sentinel Personal
Local-first protection for your own computer and phone.
Android is available from the download page. Windows and macOS have unsigned pre-release downloads; signed, notarised production installers are still pending.
Windows (unsigned pre-release) · macOS (unsigned pre-release) · Android (available)
Safeavio Sentinel Mobile
Android protection you can install today.
The download page shows the published APK version live. On-phone checks include scans, scam messages, links, QR codes, permissions and network information. New App Lock, forwarding, signer, privacy and family-tool work is separately labelled Not released until release and real-phone checks are complete.
Android
Sentinel Family
One summary for the whole household, without reading anyone's phone.
The family map, SOS, safe places and family chat run on the web portal today. The Android app adds live sharing, an SOS button, chat and notifications.

Sentinel Premium
Provider interfaces for chosen-media checks and email exposure monitoring.
Not sold as a separate edition. Provider interfaces and monitoring schedules are implemented; automated deepfake analysis and breach results still need configured providers and verification.
Android · Windows · macOS
Business products
Sentinel for Small Business
One console for your servers, Android devices and alerts.
The console runs in production today. Policies, compliance reports and audit views are partial or not built.
Web console · Linux servers · Android
Sentinel Enterprise XDR
A shared timeline of security events across endpoints, servers and phones.
The XDR timeline, incidents and ATT&CK view run in production. Cloud, container, API and AI security modules are not built.
Web console · Linux server agent · Android
Safeavio ServerGuard
Monitoring and protection for Linux servers, with signed agent updates.
In production at safeavio.com. The one-line installer sets up the current agent (Linux 3.19), which polls the hub over HTTPS and updates itself from signed manifests. The macOS (3.16) and Windows (3.14) agents are less tested.
Linux (supported) · macOS (less tested) · Windows (not verified in production)
All seven editions, capability by capability
A dash means the capability is not part of that edition by design. Family and Premium are not on sale, so everything they include is marked coming.

What each edition may never do
These limits are a product boundary, not a setting. No flag, plan upgrade, API call or support action can raise them.
| Edition | Devices | May do | May never do |
|---|---|---|---|
| Consumer Free | 1 | Local scan, link check, risk score | Cloud reporting without explicit consent |
| Personal | 1–3 | Quarantine, restore, opted-in cloud reporting | Bypass phone permissions or the screen lock |
| Family | 5–10 | Cross-device summary, child safety where the platform allows | Read another device's content without per-device consent |
| Premium | As Personal | Provider interfaces; automated results need a provider | System-wide audio capture |
| Small business | 5–250 | Policy distribution, admin console | Silent auto-encryption |
| Enterprise XDR | Organisation | Supported server response; wider endpoint and identity actions remain limited | Borrow consumer account semantics |
Safeavio ServerGuard sits beside these editions: it manages servers and may take privileged actions at an administrator's instruction, through typed and audited commands. Consumer editions never can.

Q01Which edition should I start with?
For a phone, Safeavio Sentinel Mobile: it is available today and needs no account. For servers, ServerGuard. For an organisation with servers and company phones, the Small business console. The other editions are built or still coming, and each page says which.
Q02Can a consumer edition be upgraded into a business one?
No. They are separate products with separate credentials. A consumer device token is never upgraded into an administrative credential, and an enterprise policy never applies to a consumer device without that person's explicit, per-device grant.
Q03Why are some editions not on sale?
Because their distinguishing features do not run yet. Family pairing and sharing exist; Premium analysis still needs providers. Editions describe product scope, while paid keys and console plans are listed separately on the pricing page.
Q04Where are the prices?
On the pricing page, read live from our plans API. This page lists capabilities, not prices.
Q05Is there a free edition?
The product boundary defines Consumer Free (one device: local scan, link check, risk score). It has no separate product page; the Android app installs without an account.
Q06Do you support iPhone?
No. There is no iOS app. iOS allows no general third-party monitoring, so what an iPhone edition could do would be much narrower than on Android.
