The Canara ai1 app from the official store lets you look at balance and alerts yourself, so use it rather than a link in a message. Type the Canara Bank website address by hand. For ATM trouble, the number on the card or in the passbook is the safe one. A recovery caller for a loan you never took should be asked to send nothing and be met at your branch. Never share your screen with someone who rang you.
