How to verify it yourself

Open AU 0101 from the official store and check alerts there, or type the bank's website into the browser. A wrong credit that you did not expect should be raised at the branch or on the number printed in your passbook. Never approve a collect request to receive money, because a PIN is needed only to pay. The bank's deposit rates are shown on its own site, not in a text promising a special bonus.

Never share an OTP, PIN, CVV or password with anyone, including "staff".
If money moved, call 1930 and your bank at once.
