How to verify it yourself

Use the City Union Bank mobile app from the official store, or type the bank's website into the browser. Gold items are handled in the branch with your receipt, so a call asking for a revaluation fee should end with a visit to your own branch. Vehicle loans are discussed in person with documents. Account closure is not decided by an OTP. For card issues, the number on your card is the best route.
