Money for a deposit goes only into an account in your own name at the bank, never to an agent's personal account. Loan processing charges are shown in the sanction paper you sign, not demanded by chat. Sending Aadhaar and PAN pictures to a stranger on WhatsApp can lead to identity misuse, so decline politely.

Do not tap links or call numbers inside the message.
Open the official app, or type the official website yourself, and look for the same notice.
Never share an OTP, PIN, CVV or password with anyone, including "staff".
If money moved, call 1930 and your bank at once.
