Managed service providers

Run server monitoring, Android device management and incident response for several customers from one console, with each customer in its own isolated tenant.

[01]How it would work

Built on what exists today

  1. 01
    One organisation per customer
Each customer is an isolated tenant. Your staff can belong to several and switch between them from the header.
  2. 02
    Monitor and respond
Server agents, alerts to your channels, incidents with history, and an audited command lifecycle with optional two-person approval.
  3. 03
Give each technician the right role
Analyst, operator and viewer roles separate investigation, hands-on commands and read-only audit.
Facts your engineers will ask for

Can we connect our PSA or RMM?

There is no published integration or versioned API yet. Alert webhooks are the integration point today.
