How to verify it yourself
SBI Life may be linked to State Bank of India in people's minds, but they are separate services, so check premiums and maturity in your policy papers, the official app, or the website you type yourself. Fees for merging or upgrading policies should make you stop and ask your servicing office. No manager gets a bonus released through a personal account. A frozen-account threat is a pressure trick, so contact the bank on its printed number.
