Download PNB ONE only from the official store, or go to the bank's website by typing its address yourself. Pensioners can check credits in their passbook, a branch visit or the app instead of acting on a text. A branch manager who needs to reach you will not ask for an OTP. For card matters, find the number on the card itself. If someone claims your account is tied to a crime, hang up and speak to the branch in person.
