Open the IOB mobile app from the official store, or type the Indian Overseas Bank website into your browser. Money sent from family abroad shows up in your statement, so no one needs a release fee from you. Education loans are processed in a branch with documents you carry yourself. Bank security teams never ask you to move funds to a protected account. For anything on a card, rely on the number printed on it.
