How to verify it yourself

Apple ID matters are managed at the official Apple account page or in your device's Settings, which you open yourself. The company does not ask for payment in gift cards or for a verification code over a call. Treat any lost phone message carefully, since only you should type your Apple ID password and only on your own device. Buy iPhones from Apple's own store or authorised resellers, with price and invoice visible. Remote control of your computer exposes your banking.

Quick checklist

Do not tap links or call numbers inside the message.
Open the official app, or type the official website yourself, and look for the same notice.
Never share an OTP, PIN, CVV or password with anyone, including "staff".
If money moved, call 1930 and your bank at once.
