How to verify it yourself
Shadowfax often delivers for other sellers, so the real trail is in the seller's own app or website under your order. A redelivery charge appears there if there is any. The delivery code is for the rider standing at your door to see on your phone, not for a call. Delivery work is applied for through official channels and does not require buying a kit from a stranger. A courier does not ask for card details to correct an address.

Do not judge by the sender name or the logo; both can be copied. Open the official Shadowfax app or type its website yourself and look for the same notice. Shadowfax will not ask for your OTP, PIN or password in a message.
