What to do

  1. Contact the hospital's patient office using details from its official website typed by hand.
  2. Ask the hospital to confirm any booking and deposit in writing before paying.
  3. Pay deposits only to the hospital's official account, never to an individual.

  6. Hang up. A real bank or office will not mind that you call them back.

Safeavio's scam check can read a broker's message and mark the guarantee, the deposit demand and the expiring discount. The link check can warn if a booking or visa page uses a lookalike address. Money Shield's checklist can be shared with a family member before a large transfer. Safeavio cannot confirm bed availability or visa status, so the hospital and the embassy remain the only sources.
