The agent chooses a real, recent announcement and says he has contacts in the bank or department. Safeavio's scam check reads the message you paste and points to the fee demand and the invented deadline, and Money Shield gives you a short 'verify before you pay' checklist to run before any UPI transfer. It cannot confirm whether a particular scheme is real and it cannot reverse a payment. The reliable check is always your own bank branch or the official department office.
