Lines used in fake 5paisa calls and apps
- A caller says your 5paisa withdrawal is stuck and that you must pay tax to release it
- A person on social media shares a 5paisa strategy group with sure intraday wins
- A caller asks you to install a remote-access tool to enable the algo service
- A caller claims your 5paisa demat is being used for money laundering and asks for a settlement
How to verify it yourself
Withdrawals from a 5paisa account go to the bank account you have already registered, and their status is visible in the official app or the website you type yourself. A genuine withdrawal does not need an extra tax payment. Strategy groups and free algos sent from outside the app are not part of the broker's service. The broker's own app has a help section for real support. No agency settles money laundering claims through a call to your demat account holder.

- Do not tap links or call numbers inside the message.
- Open the official app, or type the official website yourself, and look for the same notice.
- Never share an OTP, PIN, CVV or password with anyone, including "staff".
- If money moved, call 1930 and your bank at once.
