How to verify it yourself

Portfolio and ledger details are shown in your own login on the official Motilal Oswal app or the website you type yourself. A real relationship manager is known to you through the account opening papers, and payments go to the broker's registered accounts as shown in the app, not to an alternate account given on a call. Fixed monthly returns from a portfolio scheme are a warning sign. For help, use contact details printed on your account statements.

Open the official app, or type the official website yourself, and look for the same notice.
Never share an OTP, PIN, CVV or password with anyone, including "staff".
If money moved, call 1930 and your bank at once.
